Melange Blanc

A savoury 50/50 blend of the two classic
French varieties,

Chardonnay and Semillon, fermented in stainless steel, allowing the
exceptional cool climate fruit qualities to show through. Predominately Chaidonnay bouquet with rich pear and lychee on the palate. Ideal with seafood, poultry, cheeses or just enjoyable drinking. Recommended drinking now whilst fresh and vibrant.

2004 Chardonnay

Golden colour, with white peach and pear bouquet. Rich soft and buttery on the palate, with a lingering aftertaste of white and yellow peaches. Fermented in French oak and bottled under the screw cap to ensure fresh drinking for 6 years.

1998 Macedon

Disgorged August 2008, after 10 years on lees. Still maintaining a freshness and colour which belies the age. The fruit character was found to be so elegent on disgorging, that no dosage was required. Very delicate with a light bready yeastness. Extremely fine beading eminating from the centre of the flute. Soft, though developed on first taste, with refined lingering flavour on the palate.

2003 Macedon

The 2003 is the fifth release of our sparkling blanc de blancs Macedon. Pouring with a soft creamy mousse and a gentle touch of yeast and citrus. This vintage having a minimum of 6 years on lees, continues the delicate fine beaded ; aperitif style. A wine for celebration and to enjoy with fine food.

Louise Clare VII

The Louise Clare VII is our 7th release of this special family wine.

Carefully selected and blended aged Pinot Noir, Cabernets and Shiraz, make up this eclectic wine. The complexity of flavours makes this an excellent accompaniment to any menu or celebration.

2003 Jorja~Alexis  

This wine celebrates the lives of Jorja and Alexis Davey who tragically
died in the Kinglake fires on Saturday 7th February 2009.

Salmon pink in colour, indicative of the premium Pinot Noir fruit used in the making of this sparkling Rose.This wine has spent over 5 yrs on lees maturing in the cellar. An ideal accompaniment to oysters, crayfish and poultry or any foods of a delicate nature.

2005 Pinot Noir  

Deep red colour, with a beautiful blend of spiciness and rich earthy flavours.  Fermented in open top, small batch fermenters and matured in French Troncais oak with a small percentage of American oak.  An excellent accompaniment to lamb, game, Middle Eastern and Indian dishes.
